Why Use a Lawform Mortgage Broker
Our Director Julie Monahan prides herself and her team on not only having up to date information on all lender policies but the ability to know where to place your loan. Each Lender has specific policy structures whereby not all applicants fit the mould.
There are many things to consider when applying for credit and unless you are aware of the different lender policies you could be setting yourself up for a decline....losing valuable time, money and the opportunity to purchase property or to create commercial/business wealth. Just because 1 or 2 Lenders say no doesn’t mean you cannot borrow money or complete an acquisition. Having a Broker structure your loan application correctly is the key to opportunity and a successful outcome.
Julie Monahan also believes that it is not only about the loan application and a successful outcome but more importantly the experience our clients have during the process. Many clients that come to see us are often faced with adversity through hardship, financial stress and circumstantial life changes.
No matter what your circumstances may be, we will listen and take the utmost care in delivering to you a solution best suited to your needs and wants. Whether you are going through a divorce, had credit issues in the past or purchasing your first home and need some extra guidance and understanding.....simple or complex, Lawform will hold your hand through the process.
